Aufgaben Als Head of Esport verantwortest du die gesamte Esport-Strategie unseres Unternehmens und entwickelst unsere Aktivitäten nachhaltig weiter. Du führst Teams, steuerst Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Esport-Initiativen sportlich, wirtschaftlich und kommunikativ erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Esport-Strategie Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Esport-Teams, Coaches und Staff Planung und Steuerung von Turnieren, Ligen, Events und Wettbewerbsformaten Verantwortung für Scouting, Recruiting und Betreuung von Spieler:innen Entwicklung professioneller Trainings-, Performance- und Teamstrukturen Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern, Sponsoren, Publishern und Veranstaltern Budgetplanung, Ressourcensteuerung und Erfolgskontrolle Analyse von Markttrends, Zielgruppen, Wettbewerbern und neuen Esport-Titeln Enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, Content, Community, Partnerships und Management Sicherstellung einer professionellen Außenwirkung unserer Esport-Marke Qualifikation Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Esport-Umfeld mit und verstehst sowohl die sportliche als auch die wirtschaftliche Seite der Branche. Du denkst strategisch, handelst pragmatisch und hast ein gutes Gespür für Spieler:innen, Communities und Marken.
