We are seeking a motivated, creative, and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team in a hybrid role focused on marketing, client engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

This position will assist with onboarding new clients for a growing professional counseling practice while also helping market and grow an online platform and web-based project we are about to launch. We are looking for a true “go-getter” who enjoys social media, content creation, networking, communication, and helping businesses grow.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and leadership may have opportunities for expanded responsibilities and increased earning potential over time as our new project launches and grows.

This position is ideal for:

• aspiring marketers,
• recent college graduates or college students in the following fields,
• marketing majors with social media creativity
• communications majors with social media creativity

• human services or counseling related college students with social media creativity

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content and posting on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
• Respond to inquiries and messages
• Help manage website and online platforms
• Assist with client communication and scheduling
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
• Help grow memberships, events, and trainings
• Help generate, capture, organize, and follow up on leads from marketing and advertising efforts
• Organize digital content and business systems
• Assist with live events, retreats, and workshops
• Support growth and visibility for services, memberships, trainings, events, and online platforms
• General administrative and business support duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

The ideal candidate will have education, experience, or strong interest in areas such as marketing, communications, business, social media management, media/content creation, public relations, psychology, customer service, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media engagement
• Ability to create creative content, graphics, posts, videos, and promotional material
• Strong computer, technology, and communication skills
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to new systems and platforms as the business grows
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
• Professional attitude with strong people and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a professional counseling and services environment
• Experience with Canva, Kajabi, CRM systems, marketing tools, or customer service platforms is a plus

Confidentiality & Professionalism

The selected candidate will be expected to learn and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards and all company privacy and confidentiality policies. All employees must take HIPAA compliance training upon onboarding with the practice.

Compensation

• Hourly base pay
• Commission opportunities tied to marketing performance, lead generation, and business growth

The stronger the marketing performance and lead generation efforts, the greater the earning potential within the role.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• Approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible/hybrid remote opportunities may be available based on responsibilities, performance, reliability, and demonstrated professionalism.
