SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Position Overview SHIFT SUPERVISOR (full time or part time) at University of Missouri-Rolla. Immediate hiring. The supervisor directs associate activities during the assigned shift, ensuring policy, procedure, productivity, safety, and quality. Location: 202 West 18th Street, Rolla, MO 65409. Online applications only. Schedule and Pay Full time and part time schedules available. Shifts include PM, weekends, and mid‑shifts. Pay range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Qualifications Prior supervisory or leadership experience. Food safety knowledge and experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperforming employees. Prepare production or sales reports, ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage career advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
