We are seeking a thoughtful, design-driven Interior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and brings creativity, organization, and follow-through to every phase of a project.

Position Overview

This role supports the full interior design process from concept through installation. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically strong, capable of contributing to design narratives while also executing drawings, specifications, sourcing, and coordination with precision.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who cares deeply about design that performs as beautifully as it looks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of concept-driven, multisensory design narratives
• Assist with interior design packages including mood boards, drawings, and presentations
• Produce technical documentation, FF&E specifications, schedules, and material boards
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project teams
• Participate in site visits, field verification, installations, and punch walks
• Review plans, finishes, material options, and budgets under senior leadership direction
• Organize presentation materials and maintain visual consistency across deliverables
• Help ensure projects remain aligned with design intent, timelines, and project goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (required)
• NCIDQ track preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in multifamily, hospitality, or related project types
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Revit ( required )
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Canva
• Familiarity with Enscape is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative studio environment

Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a mock project as part of the interview process. This allows us to better understand your creative thinking, documentation skills, and ability to translate concept into execution.
