This opportunity is located near vibrant Von Ormy, TX and supports a K-12 student population within a supportive educational environment. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to address communication needs, deliver individualized interventions, and help each student reach their fullest academic and social potential.

Qualifications:

• Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credential required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for working with diverse populations in an educational setting
• Experience or interest in serving K-12 students with a range of speech and language disorders
• Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and provide consultative support to school staff
• Utilize evidence-based practices and current technology for engaging therapy sessions
• Monitor and communicate student progress effectively to all stakeholders
