Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP-CCC or CF credentials required
• Previous experience in school settings supporting a diverse K-12 caseload is a plus
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Collaborative team spirit with educators, staff, and families
• Organizational skills for scheduling, case management, and service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide therapy to school-aged children
• Develop and update individualized educational plans (IEPs) collaboratively
• Document student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and communication
• Support students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Attend meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment for all learners
