Integral Senior Living is looking for a sales call specialist who performs comprehensive CRM database support for sales, making daily calls, arranging tours and follow-up to assist the sales team in achieving the communitys occupancy and revenue goals./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities/ppThe following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned./pulliMaintains sales database including customer/prospect files./liliPerforms database re-engagement when assigned a community by contacting all leads and making updates to prospect records./liliMaintains voice to voice, email, text follow-up with prospects and updates database accordingly./liliDemonstrates effective telephone skills producing qualified leads and appointments./liliAble to work in multiple communities assigned and communicate effectively with each communitys leadership./liliMaintains an open and ongoing dialogue with the resident and/or family by setting up agreed upon next steps./liliUpdates community team of tours and repeat tours through email./liliAssists in executing marketing strategies and objectives./liliAssists in initial discovery that leads to touring prospective residents/guardians./liliOther duties as assigned./liliAssociate degree preferred./liliOne (1) year experience in a senior living sales administrative support role involving customer service./li/ulpQualifications/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
