**Job Summary**

We are seeking an exceptional Hospitality Service Lead to elevate our guest experience. In this pivotal front-of-house role, you will deliver personalised, anticipatory, and world-class service, orchestrate seamless guest interactions, maintain impeccable standards, and foster a culture of genuine hospitality and excellence. 

This is a hands-on, in-person, full-time, and salaried position. Hospitality Service Lead must be committed to our operational hours and evening events. 

**Key Responsibilities**

- Run the daily operations in guest-facing areas, including greeting and seating guests, coordinating service flow, and handling high-volume or VIP experiences with poise.

- Lead event executions and direct catering teams during setup, service, and breakdown to ensure seamless, flawless execution of all functions while maintaining luxury service standards.

- Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and escalate complex concerns to management while maintaining composure under pressure.

- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure cohesive operations and exceptional guest experience.

- Maintain service standards aligned with the organisation’s standards, including cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.

- Manage food and beverage service flow to ensure timely delivery, proper presentation, and exceptional quality.

- Handle post-event teardown, cleaning, organising, stocking, inventory, equipment return, and venue reset to prepare for subsequent functions while ensuring minimal disruption.

- Assist in scheduling, inventory management for service areas, and enforcing health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that embodies genuine care, discretion, and sophistication.

- Coordinate the movement of furniture and heavy items with our team to customise the rooms and space for various event formats.

**Qualifications & Requirements**  

- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end hotel/restaurant settings.

- Food handlers license. 

- Proven track record in a supervisory or lead role (e.g., Captain/Lead Server, Maître d’, Floor Manager, Guest Services Supervisor).

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and peak periods. 

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour and the ability to connect authentically with diverse guests.

- Strong guest relations capabilities, with a proven ability to build positive relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional, personalised service to ensure memorable guest experiences.

- Meticulous attention to detail with a trained eye for spotting even the smallest inconsistencies, errors, or opportunities for refinement.

- Deep knowledge of luxury service standards, wine and beverage service, multi-course dining etiquette, and personalised guest experiences.

- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, composure in high-pressure situations, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency with communication technologies and tools, including Google Workspace (G Suite) or similar software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom).

- You must possess the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations and be able to meet the following requirements:

1. Continuously or periodically bend, twist, lean, lift, push, pull, kneel, bend, walk, stand, and/or sit up to 8+ hours per shift
2. Lift to 30 pounds in order to perform the essential functions
3. Manoeuvre freely through all areas of the property

- College or university degree preferred.
