Housekeeping Manager

Overview The Roxy Hotel is seeking a motivated and reliable Housekeeping Manager who will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and surroundings are clean and in good repair. Responsibilities Maintain an inventory of all supplies needed to support the housekeeping department, keeping par levels and managing ordering. Provide guidance to all team members, and take ownership of and resolve problems or concerns of the team and guests. Maintain training materials and provide training support for daily assignments. Work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate guest needs and preferences, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Qualifications Reliable, organized, self-directed, and able to make decisions with minimal direction. Detail oriented; able to handle multiple tasks. Ability to work under pressure in a hospitality setting and maintain composure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
