As a Shift Supervisor , you'll play a vital role in leading daily operations, supporting team development, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards. Manage shifts and ensure smooth operations during peak business hours. Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions in real time. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management and help control labor and food costs. Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture that promotes accountability and excellence. Support efforts to increase guest satisfaction and online review ratings on Google and Yelp. Utilize company digital checklists and task management tools to maintain operational standards. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience in a fast‑casual, quick‑service restaurant (QSR), or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Hands‑on management style with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Highly organized, dependable, and guest‑focused.
