Cosmetologist/Hair Stylist We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist/Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients, including hair styling, cutting, coloring, etc. Your creativity and attention to detail will help our clients look and feel their best. Chair rental/commission available! Responsibilities Provide hair styling, cutting, and coloring services Mentor and train junior cosmetologists Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information Sanitize tools and equipment to maintain a clean and safe work environment Offer hair extension services to clients looking for added length or volume (if certified and interested) Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients and scheduling appointments Promote retail sales of beauty products to enhance the client's at-home beauty routine Requirements Valid cosmetology license in the state of Connecticut In-depth knowledge of color theory and the latest trends in hair styling Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional client experiences Ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences Proficiency in salon software for appointment scheduling and client management Join our team of talented professionals and showcase your skills as a Cosmetologist. #J-18808-Ljbffr Roots & Rouge Salon
