Commercial Training Senior Manager — Field Reimbursement, Patient Services

Vertex Pharmaceuticals seeks a Commercial Training Senior Manager to develop and deliver training programs for field reimbursement and patient support teams. The role involves designing learning solutions, managing vendor relationships, and supporting field readiness and capability development across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions for reimbursement and patient support teams
• Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across field audiences
• Design training content that translates complex reimbursement concepts into practical field-relevant materials
• Lead new hire onboarding programs, coaching, and performance gap analysis to drive capability improvements
• Manage vendor relationships, Communications Review Committee processes, budgets, and cross-geographic training alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
• 6+ years experience developing and facilitating training programs for field or customer-facing teams
• Strong instructional design expertise and ability to facilitate workshops
• Experience analyzing performance gaps and creating measurable learning solutions
• Demonstrated reimbursement, access, or healthcare patient support background
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and modern training methodologies

Compensation: $138,400 - $207,600 base
