Benefits Specialist

Our client, a well-established organization with a large employee population, is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Benefits & Leave Administration Specialist to join its HR team. This role will play a key part in supporting employees through benefit programs and leave-related processes while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Support the administration of employee health, financial, and wellness programs across a multi-state workforce Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding benefit-related questions, eligibility, and enrollment activities Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to help resolve employee benefit issues and ensure a positive employee experience Maintain and audit employee records within HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist with onboarding, annual enrollment, and employee life-event changes Review invoices, deductions, and related reporting to identify and resolve discrepancies Prepare recurring reports and support compliance-related activities and audits Contribute to employee communication, engagement, and wellness initiatives Assist with time-off and leave administration, ensuring policies are applied consistently and accurately Support various HR programs and special projects as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
