Sales Assistant Auto Dealership
We're looking for a motivated, customer-friendly Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help deliver an exceptional dealership experience. What you'll do:
- Assist with setting up customers in their new vehicles
- Provide strong product knowledge on vehicle features and options
- Walk customers through technology reviews (infotainment, safety features, etc.)
- Help customers enroll in and understand My Rewards
- Complete OnStar setup and basic explanations
- Support the sales team with daily customer interactions
What we're looking for:
- Friendly, professional, and confident with customers
- Comfortable with technology (we'll train the rest!)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Automotive experience a plus, but not required
What we offer:
