TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Clarkston, Washington.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care throughout the perioperative continuum, including:
  • Pre-Operative assessment and preparation
  • Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) recovery
  • Phase II recovery and discharge
• Float throughout the Outpatient Services department, including:
  • Day Surgery
  • Endoscopy Lab
  • PACU
  • Pre-Operative Clinic
  • Conscious sedation support for special procedures as needed throughout the hospital

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in Pre-Op, PACU, and Phase II Recovery
• Comfortable caring for patients throughout the surgical recovery process
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt to multiple outpatient procedural areas
• Experience with conscious sedation recovery and post-anesthesia monitoring preferred
