As aSpecial Education Teacher, you will provide instructional leadership and guidance to paraeducators, manage individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborate with general education staff to facilitate inclusive practices, and engage families as active partners in each student’s success. This collaborative model is rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). What You’ll Do: Provide leadership and supervision Oversee special education case management and IEP implementation. Train, mentor, and coach paraeducators to ensure high-quality instruction. Work closely with families to ensure consistent and supportive engagement.
