Store Administrative Clerk

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things running smoothly? Join our team as a Store Administrative Clerk and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day success of our store.

In this role, you'll help keep our financial and administrative processes accurate and on track while working closely with store employees, customers, suppliers, and leadership. You'll handle daily reports, deposits, personnel paperwork, and other important administrative tasks, while also having the opportunity to jump in and support the store wherever needed.

No two days are exactly alike! Depending on the needs of the store, you may also assist customers at the counter, coordinate deliveries and pickups, or help support other areas of the operation. If you enjoy staying organized, working with people, and being a dependable part of a team, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do

• Complete daily reports, bank deposits, and administrative paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate records and assist with basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Follow company and store policies and procedures
• Assist with scheduling store personnel and processing sensitive or confidential information
• Schedule and make deliveries and pickups from customers and vendors as needed
• Provide customer service and assist at the counter when needed
• Support other areas of the store based on business needs
• Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with basic bookkeeping or financial transactions, preferably in a retail or store environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, visitors, and employees at all levels
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Automotive parts knowledge or previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
