Automotive Sales Manager
Twin City Dodge, a proud member of the Chariot Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to the next level. If you're passionate about developing people, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Drive new and used vehicle sales while maximizing profitability
- Monitor sales performance and establish goals to achieve dealership objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants
- Ensure an exceptional customer buying experience from start to finish
- Work closely with the Finance and Service departments to maximize customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales processes
- Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
