Responsibilities Lead a team of hairstylists and barbers. Maintain a high-energy, customer-friendly environment. Coach and mentor team members to sharpen skills. Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and inventory. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally. Achieve sales targets and earn performance bonuses. Create a welcoming salon culture. Qualifications Experience in a leadership role; industry experience in haircare or grooming preferred. Excellent communication skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Passion for grooming and attention to detail. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Cosmetology or barber license required.
