Job Title: Prep Cook Location: Manhattan Project Beer Company Taproom Kitchen About the Role Manhattan Project Beer Company is seeking a motivated and dependable Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a Prep Cook, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure the efficient preparation of food and ingredients while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and food safety. What You Will Do Assist in daily prep tasks, including chopping, peeling, slicing, and portioning food items. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all workstations are properly stocked and sanitized Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Work efficiently to meet the demands of the kitchen during peak service hours. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Ensure that all food items are prepared and stored according to safety standards and company procedures. Help maintain inventory and assist in ordering food and supplies when ecessary. What You Bring A minimum of 1 year of previous kitchen or food prep experience is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
