Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at our North Dallas location. You'll be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment, maintaining our standards for fresh, daily-made dough and premium ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas using conveyor oven system
- Maintain 15-minute preparation standards for optimal customer satisfaction
- Handle dough preparation and ensure daily freshness standards
- Prepare pasta dishes, wings, and other menu items as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols
- Work efficiently during peak hours (late dinner and late-night service)
- Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous pizza/kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable and punctual with flexible scheduling availability
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic food safety knowledge
