Program Manager

Living Innovations is committed to being Maine's preferred provider of Shared Living, Community Support, In-Home Support, and other services. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Program Manager to oversee Maine home and community-based waiver services. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, choice, and inclusion within the community. The Program Manager is responsible for fostering cultural alignment in their assigned areas of responsibility while supporting a team of service coordinators and providers. Prior experience successfully leading teams providing service oversight within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community is highly desirable.
