What Does A Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper With Paul Davis Do?

• Fields calls from customers and team members and build rapport
• Manage accounting task via QuickBooks Online
• Serve as point-person for Field Production team
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions
• Maintain accounts payable files
• Process weekly accounts payable
• Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, insurance certificates
• Has fun and is part of a growing business
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
