Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent , you’ll work with buyers and sellers, build lasting relationships, and guide clients from consultation to closing.

• Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process

• Manage communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven sales strategies

• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Conduct property showings, buyer consultations, and market analyses

• Host open houses and engage prospective buyers and sellers

• Manage appointments, transaction timelines, and client communications

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings

• Develop new business opportunities and expand your professional network

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated Georgia Real Estate Sales Agent ready to grow their business, increase their earning potential, and build a successful long-term career.

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required

• Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and digital sales tools

• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional mindset

• Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to continuous growth

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
