Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. Requirements Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the tech or technology sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
