We are looking for a real estate acquisitions professional who wants to develop new property opportunities, build relationships with owners and investors, and grow their real estate business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, evaluating opportunities, and turning conversations into potential transactions.

You will connect with property owners to identify potential selling opportunities, gather important property information, and better understand each owner's goals and motivation. Consistent communication and thoughtful follow-up will be an important part of developing relationships and creating a pipeline of acquisition opportunities.

You will also build connections with buyers and real estate investors who are actively looking for properties. As opportunities develop, you will help evaluate potential deals, coordinate communication, and bring together owners and interested buyers.

Success in this role comes from being proactive, organized, comfortable starting conversations, and committed to consistent activity. You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals while strengthening your knowledge of acquisitions, investment properties, negotiations, and relationship-based real estate.

• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented

• Real estate license required
