Description:
Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers or route calls to appropriate person; meet and greet visitors and provide information; prepare outgoing mail, date and distribute incoming mail; issue 1854 Treaty Authority ID cards, hunting and trapping permits and other permits; assist in organizing meetings and events; inventory and order office supplies.

Education:
High School Diploma. A minimum of three years' experience in managing an office.

Qualifications:
Ability to communicate with the public and possess strong interpersonal skills; high degree of oral and written communication abilities; strong organizational skills; attention to detail and accuracy
