Make a difference every day supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, on-site role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with pediatric populations and bring your expertise to schools in a vibrant community near Aurora, CO. We welcome both experienced SLPs holding ASHA CCC's and those ready to begin their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Adaptability, excellent communication, and a commitment to student success
- Willingness to work on-site in a collaborative school environment
- Openness to travel as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other specialists to implement effective intervention strategies
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor students’ progress toward their goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support teams

Compensation for this position ranges from $49.73 to $62.73. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
