Kitchen Manager

About Us Nothing but Noodles is a fast-growing fast casual restaurant known for fresh ingredients, high-quality food, and a fun, team-focused environment. We take pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience — fast, friendly, and consistent every time. We’re seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team, maintain operational excellence, and uphold our commitment to food quality and safety. Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, line management, and sanitation Hire, train, schedule, and supervise BOH staff to ensure consistent performance and food quality Maintain food and labor cost targets through effective ordering, inventory control, and waste reduction Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with local regulations Collaborate with the General Manager and FOH leaders to ensure smooth and efficient service flow Ensure strict recipe adherence and portion control Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable kitchen culture Qualifications Minimum 5 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a fast casual or full-service restaurant Proven track record in high-volume operations and leading diverse teams Strong knowledge of food safety, prep systems, and labor management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Benefits Competitive base salary + quarterly performance bonuses Paid time off and health insurance options Employee meals and dining discounts Nothing but Noodles is a fast-casual restaurant dedicated to providing the highest quality, best tasting, made to order noodle and global pasta dishes available. Within 15 minutes of entering the store, customers are enjoying a wok-seared bowl of noodles or a garden fresh salad served in one of our heavy ceramic china bowls.
