Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – Mattoon, IL

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Compensation

• $32.73 – $49.09/hr (based on experience)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Potential relocation assistance

Job Details

• Provide Med-Surg patient care (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Lead and supervise care team during assigned shift
• Coordinate patient assignments and care delivery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN License
• 3+ years RN experience – Required
• ADN (minimum)
• BLS/CPR (within 90 days)
• Med-Surg experience
