A quickly-growing, fresh-forward fast casual concept is looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads with purpose, develops people relentlessly, and holds the standard on guest experience every single shift.

• Strong command of both FOH and BOH operations
• A quality-first mindset: getting it right matters to you every single time
• Comfort with P&L analysis and using data to drive results
• High energy, positive presence, and the ability to keep a team motivated through any shift
• A track record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Experience with scheduling, ordering, and hitting financial and operational targets

• Outgoing, professional demeanor with a genuine team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A relationships-over-transactions mindset
• Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills
• Some P&L and sales-building exposure strongly preferred
