Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Urgent Care to lead a growing network of urgent care clinics in Delaware. This role features a balanced mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a focus of 75% clinical work and 25% administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 8 or more healthcare providers, with ongoing recruitment efforts.
• Manage a schedule of 40 hours per week, including a combination of days, evenings, and weekends from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Work within a group practice environment where all physicians are on a partnership track.
• Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling, onboarding, conducting chart audits, and leading provider meetings.
• Maintain an average patient load of 20 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Must be a board-certified Family Practice physician with a valid DEA license.
