Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operational tasks and coordinationTrack and report operational KPIsSupport scheduling, workflow execution, and task managementEnsure adherence to operational standards and proceduresIdentify inefficiencies in daily workflowsSupport leadership with execution of initiativesMaintain operational reporting systemsAI & Automation RequirementMust use AI tools to automate reporting, scheduling, and task trackingResponsible for identifying opportunities to reduce manual operational workExpected to leverage AI for data analysis and workflow optimizationMust support implementation of automation tools across operational teams
