Photo Specialist

Responsibilities Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient photo service and information. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Assist in other store functions as requested (e.g., assisting customers at register, maintaining other departments). Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Serve as a trainer for customer service best practices; demonstrate interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits. Provide fast, friendly, efficient service in the photo area including digital passport photo and promotional photo sales. Recommend items for sale, including trade‑ups and companion items. Register purchases on the assigned cash register; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges. Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves, take inventory, and keep records. Check in, price, and merchandize merchandise as required. Implement company asset‑protection procedures to minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed. Operate store systems and equipment. Assume web pickup responsibilities. Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure store condition and appearance. Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers. Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned. Training & Development Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate. Basic Qualifications Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico) Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
