Employment Type Part-time Requirements Driver’s license Experienced Dental Assistant (5+ years) X-ray / Radiography Certification Experience: Previous dental assisting experience is preferred; specialty experience in Endodontics is a significant plus. Licensing: Valid X-ray certification (as required by the state of New Jersey). Skills: Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain clinical precision in a fast-paced setting. Job Description Specialty Assisting: Provide high-level chairside assistance during complex endodontic procedures and root canal treatments. Clinical Prep: Prepare and sterilize specialized instruments and treatment rooms to ensure a seamless surgical workflow. Radiography: Take and process precise dental X-rays as required for endodontic diagnostics. Patient Advocacy: Ensure patient comfort and provide reassurance before, during, and after specialized treatments. Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records and clinical documentation. Safety Protocols: Rigorously follow all infection control and safety standards to maintain a sterile environment.
