Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Temp-to-Hire)

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and polished Receptionist to join a well-established, family-owned Prosthetics & Orthotics company. This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our office. We're looking for someone with excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and a compassionate, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.

* Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

* Welcome patients and complete check-in and check-out procedures.

* Collect and verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records.

* Process paperwork and provide general administrative support.

* Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office.

Qualifications

* Previous receptionist, medical receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.

* Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills.

* Experience scheduling appointments and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic.

* Experience collecting or verifying insurance information is a plus.
