• Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full time unit secretary to work the evening shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Wing 3 (Drug and Alcohol Unit/Detox and Dual diagnosis) with 28 beds.
• We offer medically monitored detoxification and treatment for alcohol and benzodiazepines. Our skilled staff helps you safely manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings while keeping you as comfortable as possible. Medication-assisted treatment, group therapy, and other services aid your recovery.

Location: Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• The unit secretary provides clerical support to the clinical staff on the unit.
• Organizes and maintains unit files, patient's charts, and performs routine office/unit tasks.
• Is responsible assisting in processing the proper completion of admission, discharge, and transfer paperwork and processes.
• Answers telephone calls professionally, pleasantly, and relays messages efficiently.

Scheduling Requirements:

• 5 day shifts a week (7am-3:30pm) including other weekend and every other holiday.

What We Require for this Role:

Education

• H.S. Diploma/GED (required).

Related Work Experience

• Clerical experience in a medical/psychiatric setting preferred.
