• Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full time mental health associate to work the evening shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Wing 6 (Voluntary Psych/Dual diagnosis for psych) with 28 beds.
• We understand the unique recovery challenges of people with co-occurring disorders and treat both conditions at the same time. Thats why people with both a mental health and substance use disorder receive specialized care at Princeton House. Outcomes show that this approach reduces the risk of relapse and improves the chances of long-term recovery.
• Location: Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Mental Health Associate assists Registered Nurses in providing direct psychiatric and medical care to patients.
• The Mental Health Associate participates as a member of the treatment team in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Required to work 5 evening shifts (11PM-7:30AM) a week including every other weekend and every other holiday.

What We Require for this Role:

Education

• Bachelor of Arts or Science (required).
• Education specialization: Social Science preferred.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 3 months of hire.
• Valid drivers license required.

Salary Range: $18.11 - $28.86/Hourly As part of their job offer, successful candidates are provided a specific rate, taking into consideration various factors including experience and education.
