Leave Specialist

Stater Bros. Markets, Inc. is seeking a Leave Management Specialist to oversee all aspects of leave administration and disability programs. The role requires strong knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FEHA, and related regulations, plus excellent organizational and communication skills with employees, management, and external partners. You will manage leave from initial request to return to work, coordinate with HR, payroll, and benefits, maintain accurate records, and support training for managers on #J-18808-Ljbffr
