Qualifications and Desired Background:

• Valid state certification and current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Comfortable delivering 1:1 as well as group interventions
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and flexibility
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver both 1:1 and small group therapy sessions to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and continuing education in the field
