Property Manager | Luxury Lease-Up | Coral Gables, FL

Lead one of South Florida’s premier luxury lease-ups with one of the area’s most respected real estate companies.

We’re looking for an exceptional Property Manager to lead the lease-up and ongoing operations of a new luxury community in Coral Gables. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in high-performance environments and enjoys building something exceptional from the ground up.

This isn’t simply another management position. You’ll be joining an elite multifamily platform within a Fortune 500 global real estate company that is investing heavily in growth and leadership development.

Your Impact

• Lead all aspects of luxury community operations from lease-up through stabilization
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing onsite team
• Drive leasing performance while delivering a hospitality-level resident experience
• Partner with ownership and regional leadership to execute business strategy
• Manage financial performance, budgets, reporting and operational excellence
• Create a culture of accountability, service and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing a Class A multifamily community
• Successful luxury lease-up experience is strongly preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication and team development skills
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
• Attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering excellence
• Someone who enjoys building teams—not simply managing them
