Staff Accountant

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Job description: Staff Accountant Ragle Inc. Dallas-Fort Worth, TX $50,000 – $70,000 per year (DOE) Full-Time | In-Office Position Summary Ragle Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting and payroll operations. This role will handle general accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end close Process invoices, expense reports, and customer payments Support billing and follow up on outstanding receivables Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll records Support financial reporting, job cost tracking, and WIP schedules Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience Payroll processing experience required Construction or job cost accounting experience a plus Strong Excel skills and understanding of GAAP Highly organized with strong attention to detail Work Environment In-office position in the DFW area Occasional extended hours during payroll cycles or month-end close Benefits $50,000 – $70,000 base (DOE) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): At this time, Ragle Inc. is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
