Job Title

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams across a full spectrum of procedures including general elective surgeries and critical or life-saving operations
• Support specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, urology, GYN, and endovascular/vascular procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical tools and technologies, including the Robot Xi system
• Maintain strict adherence to attendance and scheduling expectations; the facility enforces a structured attendance policy
• Uphold facility-wide standards for surgical services to support optimal patient care and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CST experience — Required
• Experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, Robot Xi, urology, GYN, and endovascular/vascular — Required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — Required
• Must not have been a full-time employee of the facility within the past six months to be eligible for contract placement
• Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ENT surgical experience preferred
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application is preferred for non-nursing professions
