DUTIES:
Primary Assignment in the District Front Office
Greet visitors and check them into the applicable systems for entry
Answer calls, direct phone calls to appropriate parties, provide general information
Mail handling, sorting and preparation for Buildings and Grounds
Enter/retrieve information using computer software
Operate office machines and equipment
Maintain Records through filing systems both physical and digital archives
Other work as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Must meet Civil Service requirements for Clerk II title
Possess a positive attitude, initiative, confidentiality, professionalism and ethical conduct in all aspects of the work environment.
Possess exceptional customer service skills and maintain excellent working relationships.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and maintain follow-through.
