Customer Service Representative

As an internal sales representative, you are the central interface between our customers, suppliers, and internal departments. With your friendly, solution-oriented manner, you ensure that orders are processed professionally and that customers feel well looked after. Role Overview: As part of our continuous growth in our business, we are looking for two Customer Service Representatives with English skills to join our back‑office team either in Poland, Finland or Germany. As a Customer Service Representative you will be in daily contact with our sales representatives and their customers. Your responsibilities Active support for sales representatives and customers Ensuring complete management of orders, deliveries, and after‑sales service to customers, including management in internal systems – SAP and others Monitoring the overall progress of orders from entry to invoicing Regular communication with customers and sales representatives Completing tasks assigned by direct supervisors Communication and collaboration across departments Teamwork with other Customer Service Representatives where needed Requirements: Communicative personality with a positive attitude Responsibility and thoroughness, proactive in handling unexpected situations Team player able to work in a cross‑cultural team Good MS Office skills and preferably first experience and skills in SAP Relevant work experience in customer service is seen as an advantage Flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment Willingness to develop What We Offer: Friendly atmosphere in a dynamic team Support during the implementation phase Internal and external training to improve competences Local company benefits We respect the privacy of job seekers and process your personal data confidentially, lawfully and only for the purpose of carrying out recruitment processes.
