Du führst qualifizierte Sales-Gespräche mit vorgewärmten Leads und wandelst echtes Interesse in Abschlüsse für hochwertige Leadership-Programme um. Kein Cold Calling. Kein Push-Vertrieb. Sondern Beratung auf Augenhöhe und saubere Closings. Deine Aufgaben Durchführung von 1:1 Sales-Calls mit qualifizierten Interessenten (Inbound & vorqualifiziert) Strukturierte Bedarfsklärung, professionelle Gesprächsführung und Closing Verkauf hochpreisiger Coaching-, Trainings- und Mentoring-Programme Pflege der Sales-Pipeline im CRM inkl. sauberer Dokumentation Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Management zur Optimierung der Abschlussquoten Weiterentwicklung von Gesprächsleitfäden und Closing-Prozessen Warum die Argumentorik Akademie?
