Overview Stellenausschreibung: Sales Closer (m/w/d) Standort: Remote (Deutschland / EU) Startdatum: Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Anstellungsart: Vollzeit (Festanstellung) Vergütung: Top-Performer erzielen im Durchschnitt 7.000–15.000 € monatlich Deine Mission Als Sales Closer (m/w/d) bei der Argumentorik Akademie arbeitest du direkt für Wlad Jachtchenko , Coach für Führungspersönlichkeiten und Unternehmer. Du führst qualifizierte Sales-Gespräche mit vorgewärmten Leads und wandelst echtes Interesse in Abschlüsse für hochwertige Leadership-Programme um. Kein Cold Calling. Kein Push-Vertrieb. Sondern Beratung auf Augenhöhe und saubere Closings. Deine Aufgaben Durchführung von 1:1 Sales-Calls mit qualifizierten Interessenten (Inbound & vorqualifiziert) Strukturierte Bedarfsklärung, professionelle Gesprächsführung und Closing Verkauf hochpreisiger Coaching-, Trainings- und Mentoring-Programme Pflege der Sales-Pipeline im CRM inkl. sauberer Dokumentation Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Management zur Optimierung der Abschlussquoten Weiterentwicklung von Gesprächsleitfäden und Closing-Prozessen Warum die Argumentorik Akademie?
