Senior Business Development Representative

Driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth, the full-time Senior Business Development Representative will engage and qualify high-potential prospects through proactive outreach, inbound lead qualification, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, and events Qualify inbound leads and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for Account Executives Execute account-based prospecting for named accounts, securing discovery meetings with key stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 4-7+ years of B2B sales development, business development, or lead generation experience, preferably in industry or SaaS Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas for pipeline creation and meetings set Strong experience with CRM and sales engagement tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience in the Supply Chain and Auto industries preferred
