Key Responsibilities Enter daily production as estimated revenue for field crews Prepare daily cost analysis spreadsheets for divisions and make corrections as necessary Compare estimated revenue with actual billing (and address discrepancies) Prepare actual revenue & cost reports for each division for weekly division meetings Populate crew production and profitability reports Post daily customer deposits Monitor AR for divisions and address aging unpaid Monitor aging jobs on WIP and assist with accrual Assist with financial aspects for special projects Provide cost reports for division billing Review, approve, enter AP Support Accounting Division Qualifications – Requirements 2+ years of experience in a clerical or financial operations role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Schedule Full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday. In-office. Overtime as needed. Compensation $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Based on experience.
