What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair temperature-controlled cargo containers.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and HVAC-related issues.
• Perform structural repairs including riveting, patching, and component replacement.
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Support inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Provide technical assistance and training to customers when needed.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, OH.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
