We are seeking a reliable and experienced Deli Associate to work evening and night shifts . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing sandwiches, salads, fresh juices, and platters , provides excellent customer service, and maintains a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, and heroes
• Assemble cold platters (sandwich, meat, cheese, and specialty platters)
• Prepare fresh salads and fresh-squeezed juices/smoothies
• Take customer orders and communicate clearly and respectfully in English
• Maintain a clean and sanitary deli, prep area, and equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock ingredients and prep items for the next shift
• Operate deli equipment safely (slicers, blenders, juice machines)
• Work independently during slower night hours and efficiently during rushes
• Keep knowledge of stocked goods and inventory

Requirements

• Previous deli or food service experience preferred
• Experience with sandwiches, salads, juices, and platters
• Must speak and understand English
• Willing and able to work night shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Schedule

• Evening and overnight availability required
• Weekends may be required
